Right of withdrawal
Last updated: 25 October 2026
You bought the course, the e-book or mentoring and want to withdraw? This button takes you to the withdrawal form on our sales platform ablefy. You need your name, your email address and the order ID from your purchase confirmation. After you send it, you get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away.
Withdrawal policy
Who you contract with
You buy the course, the e-book and 1:1 mentoring through the ablefy platform. ablefy sells them as a reseller: the seller and your contracting party is namotto Universal Brands GmbH & Co. KG, ablefy's merchant company. It issues your invoice and pays the VAT. The content itself, meaning the course, the e-book and the mentoring, comes from us.
Your purchase is covered by the withdrawal policy of namotto Universal Brands GmbH & Co. KG, which you receive during checkout and with your order confirmation. We summarise the key points here.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of the day it is concluded, without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB, German Civil Code).
An unequivocal statement to the seller is enough. The easiest way is ablefy's withdrawal function (the "Withdraw from contract" button at the top of this page). You can also use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. If you email us at support@mileagerdes.com instead, we forward your withdrawal to ablefy without delay.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the fourteen days are up.
Effects of withdrawal
After a valid withdrawal, you get all payments back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, using the same means of payment as for the purchase unless agreed otherwise. You are not charged any fees for the refund.
If you asked for the mentoring to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount for the services provided up to your withdrawal that is in proportion to the full scope agreed.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
Course and e-book (digital content)
We provide the course and the e-book as digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal ends as soon as we have started to provide it, if at purchase you
- expressly agreed that we start providing it before the withdrawal period ends,
- confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent,
- and you received a confirmation of the contract including this consent on a durable medium, for example by email (Section 356(6) BGB).
1:1 mentoring (service)
For services, the right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed the service, after you expressly requested that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance (Section 356(5) BGB). If you withdraw before that, the proportionate payment from the withdrawal policy applies.
Withdraw online
The withdrawal function is provided by the ablefy platform (ablefy GmbH, Potsdamer Straße 125, 10783 Berlin, Germany). It takes two steps, needs no login, and you do not have to give a reason.
- Click "Withdraw from contract" at the top.
- Enter first name, last name, email address and order ID and send the form.
You receive a confirmation of receipt by email straight away, with withdrawal ID, order ID and timestamp. It is then checked whether the right of withdrawal applies and the deadline was met, and you get the result by email. Instead of the order ID you can also give your invoice number.
Model withdrawal form
If you want to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it to the seller. You'll find its address in your order confirmation and on your invoice. You can also send the form to support@mileagerdes.com, and we forward it to ablefy without delay.
